SWEDISH MASSAGES
SCAR RELEASE THERAPY
Designed to relax the entire body, a Swedish massage uses a combination of long and flowing strokes, kneading and gentle pressure on your muscles. It promotes relaxation and improves your circulation. It can alleviate muscle tension and discomfort, helping those with chronic pain. A Swedish massage uses techniques from relaxation and aromatherapy to create deep tissue and neural stimulation.
Every scar has a story to tell and might even hold emotions that took place during the damaging event. Scars tell some of the stories that make up our lives. This technique soothes the physical and emotional impact of scar tissue, enhancing mobility and
promoting overall healing.
NEURAL RESET THERAPY
CUSTOMIZED TREATMENTS
I am a Certified Neural Reset Therapist (NRT) and offer effective pain relief and improved mobility. By applying varied stimulation to various muscles, I can send information carried by sensory neurons to your central nervous system that optimize your muscles.
I can tailorize treatments to your body’s unique needs. Whether you’re seeking deep relaxation or targeted relief, I can help you feel your
best in minutes!
